The Association has been deeded lots on which assessments and property taxes are in arrears. We will sell these lots to anyone willing to pay these back assessments and taxes, and to agree to pay current taxes and assessments as they come due. Currently assessments are $50 per year. The Association strongly recommends that these lots not be bought sight unseen. Many lots on Century Ranch do not offer good building opportunities. Some are on hillsides, others may have a ditch running through them, and others will not percolate. For anyone wishing to see one of these lots, contact the CRRA, Inc. by mail, phone, or email to make the necessary arrangements. The lots are listed below: (Back taxes may not be accurate.
